100 × 100 mm R5 koperen gietvormbuis
The 100 × 100 mm R5 copper gietvorm buis is manufactured for continugieten van knuppels machines using a 100 mm square gietvorm section. With an R5 / 5000 mm radius, the buis is designed to match the required gietmachine geometry.
The 780 mm lengte and 12 mm wanddikte are manufactured according to the op maater's technical drawing and gietvorm design. The internal profile, conus and corner radius are op maat according to the op maater's requirements. The buis is available in Cu-DHP, CuAg and CuCrZr copper grades, with a 0.08–0.12 mm hard chrome plated inner surface.

Cu-DHP Copper
Cu-DHP copper is available for standard continugieten van knuppels applications requiring good thermal conductivity and reliable gietvorm performance.
CuAg Copper
CuAg copper is selected for applications requiring improved resistance to softening at elevated operating temperatures.
CuCrZr Copper
CuCrZr provides higher mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and suits more demanding continugieten applications.
Hard Chrome Plated R5 koperen gietvormbuis
The internal working surface of the R5 100 × 100 × 780 mm copper gietvorm buis is supplied with 0.08–0.12 mm hard chrome plating. The hard chrome layer provides a wear-resistant working surface for continugieten service.
The final chrome plating thickness and surface requirements can be adjusted according to the op maater's technical specification.
