A copper gietvorm assembly is an integrated component of a continugieten machine, combining the copper gietvorm buis with the koeling and mounting components required for the gietvorm system. We manufacture complete assemblies based on the gietmachine design, knuppel section, gietvorm radius, koeling configuration and op maater drawings.

Koperen gietvormbuis
The copper gietvorm buis is the primary working component of the assembly. We manufacture square knuppel gietvorm buizen in different sections, radii and lengtes: 100 × 100, 130 × 130, 150 × 150 mm, other square sections and op maat rectangular sections. Copper grades: Cu-DHP / CuAg / CuCrZr, with hard chrome plating to the required specification. See copper gietvorm buizen.
Watermantel voor gietvorm
The watermantel surrounds the copper buis and forms the water-koeling system of the assembly. It is manufactured according to the copper buis dimensions, gietvorm radius, koeling water requirements, inlet / outlet configuration, existing gietvorm drawings and op maater mounting dimensions.
